The training programme will focus on the delivery of the FETAC Major Level 3 Award 'Employability Skills' 3M0935.

The purpose of this award is to enable the learner to develop the relevant knowledge, skill and competence to use a range of skills and tools, related to seeking employment or in employment. It enables the learner develop personal qualities and strengths to make informed choices to pursue a range of employment opportunities or to progress to further education or training.

This award is equivalent to Junior Certificate
