Training for Diversity Training in Traveller Culture

Diversity training in UL

Bray Travellers Community Development Group in association with Wicklow Travellers Group is offering free diversity training in Traveller culture to schools and other interested organisations.

Six Traveller women and one man have finished a course to train them as Diversity Trainers in their own culture. They received training in making presentations, communication skills, facilitation skills and leadership training from the University of Limerick. They are now available to provide free diversity training in Traveller culture to schools and other organisations. If your school or organisation is interested in receiving this training, please contact Jim O Brien at 01-2762075, or email braytravellerscdg@gmail.com.

Sponsored by: Wicklow County Council Anti-Racism and Diversity Strategy and Heritage Office and by Community Development grants.
